What are the move-in fees?

Move-in fees include security deposit and one month’s rent. The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent.

What are your lease term options?

Each of our apartments is available to lease for an initial term of 12 months.

Are apartments furnished?

Our apartments are unfurnished which allows our residents complete control over their decorating tastes.

Can I terminate my lease early?

When you sign a lease with Huntington Park Apartments, you are given the option of an early lease termination. Your first option for early termination is to pay a buyout fee equal to four months’ rent and provide a 60-day notice to vacate. A second option is to pay a subleasing fee of $350 and continue paying rent on the apartment until the time it re-rents.

What is included in the rent?

Residents are responsible for all monthly utility costs associated with natural gas, electricity, water, and internet.

Is renters insurance required?

Renters insurance is required if you have a pet living with you in your apartment. Even if you don’t have a pet, renters insurance is highly encouraged. Renters insurance is a policy you can purchase to protect your personal property as the management company/landlord is not responsible for replacement to tenants. If your belongings are damaged, lost, or stolen, replacement could be covered.

Are pets allowed?

At Huntington Park we only allow cats. There is a monthly fee of $40 per cat (max two) and a separate pet deposit is required.
